The primary scope of this contract is to maintain and enhance the USPTO's Automated Information Systems (AIS) supporting Patent, Trademark, and Corporate Business Systems within the USPTO and develop new systems to improve quality and performance while reducing pendency (a measure of wait time between correspondences with agency). The IT services supported by this contract vehicle include:
