The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Systems Development and Integration (SDI) contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee Award Term contract for Information Technology (IT) services, administered by the USPTO. The USPTO SDI contract vehicle allows Raytheon to offer IT solutions and services to the USPTO to help evolve and improve the USPTO's life cycle processes and enterprise architecture.
