  • MSFC issues Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for specific tasks.
  • RFQs are sent to approximately three of the seven BPA holders for a response.
  • Respondents have five working days to respond and the Government has a targeted five day period for award.
  • Contract type is task-specific and the labor rates are ceiling amounts.
