MASS has awarded two IDIQ contract vehicles at the FAA. One for ESSA and the other for T&E. The base contract establishes ceiling sell rates for Raytheon on-site and off-site and subcontractor on-site and off-site. Rates are established for ten years. Work is organized by delivery orders issued for a specific Statement of Work and period. Every DO issued to date has been Time and Materials althrough the FAA has the option to issue cost-type or fixed price DOs.
