The Advanced Technology Support Program III (ATSP3) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides streamlined access to the full range of Raytheon engineering solutions. ATSP3 is available to any U.S. Government agency, state government, and approved foreign government. Because the basic contract is precompeted, the Government customer can select Raytheon to bid on and receive an ATSP delivery order contract, usually without having to evaluate bids from other companies.

The broad scope includes all phases of engineering development, including: studies, and analysis, design, and development, prototyping, integration and testing, limited production, and logistic support. ATSP3 delivery orders are issued by the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) to develop advanced technology hardware and software solutions to improve system performance, solve sustainability and obsolescence issues, and address the Government's future technology needs.
